We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you can return your unused item within 30 days of receiving it.
Please note the prices not including the shipping cost.
Easy Return Process:
Contact us at contact@underwateridea.com to get a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package your item securely, noting the RA number on the outside.
Ship the item to the address we provide.
Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 3 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective during manufacturing
Damaged or Defective Items:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for instructions on returning or exchanging damaged or defective items.
Non-Refundable Liability Claims:
